Role : Business Development Executive

Role Definition :

- Business Development Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new business prospects - (Farmer Producer Organizations and Farmer Collectives) negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Reports to Business Development Manager

Job location : PAN INDIA

Responsibility :

- Deliverable

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to colleges/schools/restaurants.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Qualification : Any Degree / MBA(Marketing)

- Contract Period 3 months (Upon performance can be considered for permanent employment)

Contract Term :

- Payout

- INR 15,000 - INR 18,000 per month

- Placement Offer Annual CTC INR 3,00,000 - 3,60,000

- Language Local Language and English language is mandatory

- Others 2 wheeler is mandatory with valid DL
