About the Role :

We seek a Sales Executives, Business Development Executives or Field managers with 2-4 years of proven experience in handling Government/Municipal corporations as clients for Sales/Business development or Liaisoning work. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships, and providing technical expertise to clients. We want someone who is self driven, has a penchant to establish good relationships with government departments especially municipal corporation staff and can actually convince people of how our solutions would be a game changer for the water & sewer pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire municipal corporation clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within municipal corporations and Government department.

- Provide technical consultation and support to clients during the sales process.

- Prepare tenders and deliver presentations, proposals, demonstrations tailored to municipal needs.

- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the government sector.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

- Proven experience in sales, business development and liaison with Government departments is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Departmental hierarchy, functioning, procurement processes and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proficient in Local language Tamil and Kannada in must

- This position involves extensive travelling to districts clients or attend industry events.
