- Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing & Business Development Executive.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Perform research, prepare expansion plan and identify new area for retail Franchise.
- Generating leads for Generic Aadhaar retail & master franchise, Taking calls and Coordination with customer who require franchise and follow up with them time to time
- Responsible for sales growth, generate revenue & expansion of Generic Aadhaar business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual target for company franchise.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies & suggest improvement.
- Communicate all issues and concern of Franchise, provide timely and effective solution aligned with client requirement & needs.
- Regular follow up, review feedback and suggestion of existing Master and single franchisee.
- Ensuring Timely collection of payment from Single & Master franchisee.
- Reviewing & verifying the detail of single Franchises of pan India as per rules & regulation & criteria, before appointing them.
- Maintaining good will of Generic Aadhaar, establish strategies that focus on promoting the brand.
- Ensuring timely execution of product to Single Franchisee through Master Franchisee only & make sure Master franchisee keep necessary stock of goods
- Keeping meeting with Pan India regional heads through phone & zoom call.
- Travel to locations to pitch potential clients and to maximize the company's sales of the Retail Franchise.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development/Account Manager (B2B), Consumer Insights / Market Research or Marketing Communications within Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Healthcare would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
