Executive - Business Development - Full Truck Load (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop FTL (Full truck load), Warehousing & Distribution Business for the company through approaching new business customers.
- Generate leads through existing and new contacts for business in field of FTL & 3PL
- Daily Sales calls visit to customers
- Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
- To develop and maintain good relationship with managerial level staff at customer's end
- Develop a system for strong payments follow-up and should be able to take responsibility of accounts and outstanding.
- Develop Vendor, vehicle owners/brokers network.
- Field Marketing to win new business.
Skills and Competencies
- Business Professional.
- Mentally strong to do sales and marketing
- Hard worker. Must enjoy field work and sales calls.
- Confidence in undertaking presentations to vast number of people
- Analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
- Proven Negotiation Skills complied with the ability to close business wins
- Customer oriented & team player
- Able to use MS office, Power-point, Excel and some other PC applications
- Able to work under pressure where needed
- Able to travel to other cities
- Good time management techniques
- Excellent reporting abilities
