Executive - Business Development - Freight Forwarding (2-6 yrs)
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Roll up the sleeves and hustle around to deliver results. The candidate must take full ownership of the work.
Compensation : 3LPA (Fixed) + uncapped commissions
Availability to join : Within 15-20 days
Work Location : Coimbatore, TN, India
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree would be an advantage
- 2+ years in freight forwarding sales / B2B sales / Corporate/ SME sales
- Thorough knowledge of the industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
- Hustle and go-getter attitude
- Ability to work under high pressure and deliver results
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- The candidate must have strong connections in the industry
- Must have a valid driving licence and a 2-wheeler
