The Job
What will be your responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Revenue generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Tie-up with Potential B2C and B2B Brands.
- Tie-up with Agencies and Solution providing Companies.
- Researching and adapting to new methods for generating leads.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: min 4 - 5 years
Age : 25 to 40 yrs
- Willing to travel to Vasai on daily basis
- Should have brought results in the past.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Strong Personality.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Have a basic understanding / Knowledge of the freelance industry
