Executive - Business Development - Franchise (2-7 yrs)
- Accountable for finding and developing new franchisees for the expansion and growth of the company
- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for company's franchisee opportunity to attract new franchisees
- To identify and finalize the franchisee to buy the rights to use the business model of company.
- To convey the business strategy to new franchisee
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advice to company owner of new opportunities
- Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisee's potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision
- Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating company's terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement
- To make a plan to develop the franchisee leads
- To collaborate and work with the cross functional team (Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Business Development)
- Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions
- Ensure that all legal, policy, regulatory and other franchising requirements are met and done so in a timely manner throughout entire approval process. Review and understand all legal documents, policies, procedures, regulations and manuals as required for the FM position
- Close Agreement with prospect franchisee and collect initial franchise fees
- Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchisor, and ensure that any issues/ concerns are aptly and timely addressed
- Ensure that the franchisee is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures
- Ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation
- Perform other duties as and when required
