Job Description:


- As a Business Development Executive at Chai Waale, you will play a crucial role in expanding the franchise network and driving business growth in the assigned region.


- Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.


- Generating leads, and ensuring the successful onboarding of franchisees.


- The ideal candidate is a motivated, client-focused individual with a strong passion for business development and brand expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and engage potential franchisees, presenting the company's franchise mode and business opportunities


- Conduct market research to identify new territories and expansion prospects


- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet franchise growth targets


- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners


- Provide comprehensive details on franchise requirements, fees, and operational processes.


- Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective franchisees


- Guide franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring complete


- Understanding of the franchise system


- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless franchise setup, including operations and marketing support.


- Monitor franchise sales progress and present regular reports to management


- Represent Chai Waale at franchise-related events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
