Executive - Business Development - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
- The client is an FMCG company and is a leader in their segment with a product range of around 200+SKU.
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following :
1. Actively participate in Sales Planning, Promotions, Marketing & Consumer connect activities
2. Coordination with Retail Incharge & other stakeholders for monthly plan.
3. Follow up every week/every day with supply chain team for stock position
4. Design Metrics to measure Sales targets, Consumer Engagement & Retention and Promotion activities
5. Monitor weekly updates and reports the analysis, conduct tracking of planned vs actuals for sales, promotion and other consumer connect activities
6. Month end sales report interpretation
7. Conduct Sales plan revision based on sales Achieved & Targeted.
8. Setting up systems/processes to gather Market & Consumer data.
9. Problem solving based on gathered Data analysis & devise strategy to achieve targets.
10. Report on Stock Audits of all the stores
11. Liaise with others on market execution standards
12. Coordination for Marketing Inputs, Posts for Customers as per requirements, maintaining record of relevant data
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
1. Working experience of Excel
2. Proven communication skills both orally and written
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Must have a keen eye to details
5. Must be an MBA
6. High result- and detail-orientation
7. Ability to work under pressure.
