Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive (Institutional & HoReCa Sales)
- Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Experience: 2-10 years
DIVISION / DEPARTMENT / FUNCTION : International Business / Sales
Must for the role
Transportation - Must have own Car and Driving License, fuel & Salik (toll tax) borne by the company
Work Location - Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai
Working Days - Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Weekly Off on Sunday
All other terms and conditions as per UAE Labor Laws / Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority
Compensation scale - 5000- 8000 AED monthly
a) Any nationality
b) Only fuel reimbursed for travel on official work
c) Additional Perks - Leave as per UAE labour laws, Round trip ticket to hometown (for self upto AED 1500) every year, basic medical insurance for self, Mobile bill under CUG, Parking charges, Salik charges
d) Any incentive structure? - Time to time based on business requirements and KPI's
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Institutional Sales & HoReCa Sales (Food Industry) Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for promotion of the entire range of products (Spices & Condiments / Confectionery / Dairy / Snacks) to institutional & HoReCa sales segment in the assigned area
2. Expanding coverage by aggressive sales promotion within institutional sales policies framework
3. Business development by introducing new customers
4. Introduction of new products to institutional customers
5. To keep check on credit and control outstanding and payments as per company policy
6. Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market
7. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
8. Customer retention
Relationship building & coordination with customers
Coordination for customer grievance handling
Must have :
- Experience in FMCG/ Food Industry
- Knowledge of UAE market
- Experience in handling Institutional clients and good existing data bank and contact
- Knowledge of English & Hindi. Knowledge of MS Office Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have minimum 3 Years' experience in FMCG Sales / Food Industry
- Age should be between 26 years to 35 years
