Executive - Business Development - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company's sales goals.
2. Networks with local market dealers to persuade them to bring their business to the company.
3. Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.
4. Identify new potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs.
5. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth
6. Promote the company's products/services.
7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive Prices.
8. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
9. Travel for in-person meetings with dealers and to develop key relationships.
10. Arrange business meetings with prospective dealers.
11. Collaborate with design and production team to ensure contractor product specification is executed on time and as agreed.
12. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
13. Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary changes.
14. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained and also trying to extract more business from them.
15. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
16. Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
17. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
18. Other responsibilities will be given time to time
