Business Development Executive
- Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals to help us to build up our business activities.
Rules and Responsibilities :
1. To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
2. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
3. To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
4. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
5. To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.
6. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
Requirements :
1. Excellent Organizational skill
2. Representative skill with communication
3. Candidates with Bachelor's degree in any stream.
4. Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field
