Business Development Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques for Dubai, Qatar & South Africa region.
Job Responsibilities :
- Forecasting & Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Reporting Manager
- Progressing towards activity targets and KPI's set by the sales manager.
- Cold calling potential customers and selling the company's products, cross selling & upselling
- Conducting Online Demo's
- Conducting Onsite Demo's
- Achieving the demo booked targets & required conversion by providing proper business solution
- Achieving New Contact Rate & build a sales pipeline
- Generating Referrals
- Generating Leads Online & Connecting to them via Linkedin
- Schedule visit to fix the meeting's & demo's with client to close the deal (immediate sales). Visits can be fixed with Reporting Manager at initial stage
- Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers & all required data for sales nto the company system.
- Creating invoices and sending out to customers following a sale.
- Evaluating the respective Sales Campaigns by Identifying loss of leads & opportunity reasons
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending required product / process trainings & assesment test
- Identifying & providing product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales whenever required
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
