Executive - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)
Job Purpose: To maximize the sales of a company's goods or services by making powerful and successful sales presentations in different settings to crack profitable deals and referrals and thereby achieve sales targets
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
- Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio.
- Resolving member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
- Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.
- Keeping abreast with the organization's products and services.
- Maintaining Consistent Average Productivity
Skills:
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
- Should possess sound knowledge about the local market
- Have high closure orientation
- Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.
- Presentable and smart.
- Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.
Pre-requisites :
- Should be well-versed with the location of operation/work
- Should be having a 2 wheeler
- Possess strong communication skills in at least 2 of these 3 languages (English/Kannada/Hindi)
- Shouldn- t have been unemployed in the last 3 months
- Should be well-groomed
