Job Description :
- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Store Metrics
- Develop the operations strategy for scaling up the operations.
- Planning, resource management, and allocation.
- Process design, optimization and implementation based on lean & agile operations- principles.
People management - Train, motivate and engage employees.
Expense/P&L management :
- Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, reviewing expense reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
