Executive - Business Development - FinTech Solution (0-3 yrs)
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative at Intellgus, located in Indore. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. You will work on-site at our Indore office and perform day-to-day tasks associated with developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Pitching :
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to meet the client's needs.
Client Conversion :
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.
Onboarding :
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Provide clients with necessary training and resources to get started.
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
Lead Conversion:
- Track and analyze leads from various sources.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads and clients for follow-up and relationship management.
Communication :
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Ensure all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
