Executive - Business Development - FinTech (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Handling the B2B (business to business) initiative of the company that focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial advisors engaged in the business of selling mutual funds
- Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)
- Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process
- Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same
- Business Generation and Opportunity Identification
- Key Account Acquisition, Management and Relationship Building
- Planning, forecasting and reviewing of market trends
- Customer Relationship Management
Requirements:
- MBA with relevant experience
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior work experience for BDE
- Passionate, driven and result oriented and willing to take ownership
- Aptitude to constantly learn and update oneself with latest developments in the field of investments
- Ability for concept selling
- Effective Communication Skills
