Job Description:
1. Handling the B2B (business to business) initiative of the company that focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial advisors engaged in the business of selling mutual funds and/or insurance / other financial products
2. Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds/ Life Insurance to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)
3. Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process
4. Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same
5. Business Generation and Opportunity Identification
6. Key Account Acquisition, Management, and Relationship Building
7. Planning, forecasting, and reviewing of market trends
8. Customer Relationship Management
Key Skills:
Passionate, driven and result oriented and willing to take ownership
Aptitude to constantly learn and update oneself with latest developments in the field of investments
Ability for concept selling
Effective Communication Skills
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of work experience for BDE
Qualification: MBA with relevant experience
MUST:
MBA with 3-4 of prior work experience for BDE
