Executive - Business Development - Financial Services (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the finance industry who can benefit from our data analytics solutions.
- Conduct B2B sales activities to identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to understand the capabilities and offerings of our solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our data analytics services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Monitor and track business development activities, including sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in data analytics and finance to effectively communicate our expertise and insights to clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and align them with our data analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing sales activities.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
