Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship building.
- Conduct field work to gather market intelligence, identify potential customers, and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyze data to track progress against targets and optimize performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or a related field (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team towards common goals.
- Proficiency in problem-solving skills for overcoming challenges and achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
Salary: - 2.8 LPA to - 3.5 LPA and Benefits(PF+ Insurance +Incentives)
