Executive - Business Development/Field Sales (2-4 yrs)
Position : Business Development Executive - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across sectors such as education, corporate, and government.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of display solutions tailored to client needs.
- Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Showcase the product's unique features and benefits to address client pain points.
- Engage decision-makers to assess their display requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat business.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Provide after-sales support to address client queries and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress toward sales goals and challenges encountered.
- closely with the Sales Manager to align strategies and meet targets.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop sales-enabling materials and campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or display solutions sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
