Executive - Business Development/Field Sales (0-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role in field sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient in English and local language.

- Time management and planning skills.
