Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Outreach : Reach out to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services and schedule meetings or presentations.

Sales Support : Assist in the sales process by preparing and delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and following up with potential clients.

Market Research : Gather information on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support business development efforts.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and how the company can address them.

Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Skills Required :

Sales Skills : Strong ability to sell products or services and close deals.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.

Persuasion : Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

Organizational Skills : Good organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting.

Research Abilities : Skills to conduct market and competitor research to support lead generation and sales strategies.

Customer Service : Ability to address client queries and build positive relationships.
