Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role is focused on securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with IT Domain company for their IT staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to engage and secure MSAs with these target companies.

- Client Engagement and Relationship Building : Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Negotiation and Closure : Lead negotiations for contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Effectively close deals and secure MSAs.

- Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with the internal team, including recruitment and legal, to ensure seamless contract execution and fulfilment of staffing requirements.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Provide insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Proven Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry. Demonstrated success in securing MSAs with IT Staffing.

- Strong Network : Established network of contacts within IT Staffing.

- Exceptional Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present proposals and negotiate contracts.

- Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective strategies and problem-solve.

- Self-Motivated : Highly motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
