Executive - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales revenue growth and sales targets by chasing and closing new business, whether it is from outbound cold calls or inbound warm leads.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential leads & developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue.
- Responsible for generating new leads and prospecting potential clients.
- Reach out to potential clients and make presentations on pitches highlighting organization's value proposition.
- Manage end to end sales cycle from pitching to closing the deal.
- Play a key role in planning and overseeing new initiatives in line with the growth strategy of the organization.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience and understanding of the complete sales cycle.
- Experience in B2B corporate sales is a must.
- Must be strong-willed, persuasive and exhibits initiative.
- Should be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask.
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset. Should recognize and take advantage of new and/or expanded opportunities.
- A master negotiator who effectively explores various alternatives to reach outcomes that gains the support and acceptance from all parties/stakeholders.
- Identifies opportunities and takes actions to build strategic relationships between external and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
