Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities :
1. - Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Stay updated on the latest developments in the consulting industry.
2. - Lead Generation : Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
3. - Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase Consulting Krew's services.
4. - Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
5. - Proposal Preparation : Collaborate with the consulting team to create compelling proposals and project plans that address clients' specific challenges and objectives.
6. - Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new projects. Close deals efficiently and effectively.
7. - Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all activities and results. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
8. - Market Expansion : Explore new markets and segments to expand Consulting Krew's client base. Identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to penetrate them.
9. - Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings. Act as a liaison between clients and the consulting team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of proven business development experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of consulting services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
