Executive - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (1-6 yrs)
A BDE is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of business. The roles involve active coordination with the team and demands exceptional interpersonal skills.
Duties :
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Build contact with potential clients.
- Support in writing new business proposals.
- Maintaining knowledge of all product and services offering to client.
- Prepare and present periodic business review to the management.
Skills:
- Minimum Graduate can apply.
- 2-5 years of experience in BPO Sales/ Business Development roles/ Sales in Recruitment industry.
- Must posses strong Client Service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to create good presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be open to work in Night Shift.
- Initially Work from Home after few months it would be work from Office from Vadodara.
