Job Description :
- Lead Generation, cold calling, follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations.
- Onboarding new Clients, taking up requirements and distributing to the team assigned.
- Working closely with the team to ensure timely delivery, taking feedback from the Clients, ensuring the best possible opportunities to generate revenue.
- Regular follow-ups and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients to ensure regular business opportunities.
- Sourcing and headhunting profiles through Naukri.com and LinkedIn for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Responsible for end to end role from lead generation till delivery and post-closure follow-ups.
