Join Prowess Pursuit Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Executive / Senior Sales Executive/Tele-callers/HR Recruiter and be part of our dynamic, results-driven team! This is an onsite role based in Kolkata.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Calling Leads: Proactively reach out to potential leads and establish communication.
2. Filtering Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on eligibility criteria.
3. Organizing Daily Meetings: Schedule and coordinate daily meetings with senior consultants.
4. Deal Closure Assistance: Provide post-meeting support to senior consultants in closing deals.
Work Details:
- Location: Kolkata (Chinar Park)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to - 25,000 net, based on experience
- Incentives: Huge incentive and commission potential
- Reimbursements: Initial phone and internet expenses will be reimbursed
- Post-confirmation (after 6 months): Transition to a 5-day workweek
Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Skills :
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to handle the pressure of daily meetings
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
