Executive - Business Development - Essential Oils/Fragrance Oils (0-3 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Identify target sector, brands, and content streams
- Responsible for handling B2B sales of Scented candles and essential oils/ fragrance oils
- Responsible for visiting corporate gift office event companies, retail stores, hotels and restaurants marketing and selling product
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, and word-of-mouth.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Accurately track results on a project basis i.e., sales margin revenue, expenses
- Drive successful revenue for the organization by explaining counselling the prospect properly based on requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other software's to create presentation decks
- Knowledge to pitch the company products and negotiate with clients
- Attention to detail
- Confident and reliable and able to work independently
