Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in industries requiring ERP solutions such as HRM, CRM, Inventory Management, and Production Management etc.
- Appreciation and execution cadence for implementing strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand client needs and help tailor ERP solution offerings to align with business requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth handover for implementation and client onboarding.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with sales activities, client communications, and deal pipelines.
- Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote ERP solutions.
Key Requirements:-
- Demonstrated ability to sell ERP solutions to industries such as HRM, CRM, Inventory Management, and Production Management systems.
- Strong understanding of the industry dynamics and challenges that ERP software addresses.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling SaaS-based ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP solution architecture and implementation processes.
- Established network within industries like manufacturing, logistics, and services.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ERP software sales.
