Executive - Business Development - Enterprise Sales - IT (1-4 yrs)

The Enterprise Sales Development Executive & Manager is the first point of contact for all business prospects who contact our company through various channels and is responsible for generating sales opportunities for new business. The Executive will engage with a high volume of prospects via chat, phone and e-mail for sales inquiries, qualify leads and help build the pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets, will have a goal-oriented attitude, is detail oriented and possess the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on sales/product inquires over chat, phone and e-mail with the ultimate goal of furthering the prospect through the our company sales cycle within set SLAs.

- Uncover requirements to pre-qualify prospects for the new-business sales while communicating the benefits of our company solutions to generate buyer excitement.

- Work closely with the sales team to transfer knowledge of qualified leads and ensure that the sales funnel.

- Meet and exceed quota/metrics and 100% adherence to set SLAs.

Qualifications:(MBA/BBA)

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

- 2+ years of work experience in a similar Product/IT/Services/B2B Sales development/ Business development role, preferably having catered to customers/clients in the Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, INDIA.

- Should be from advertisement, telecom,it and finance industry

- Proven track record of overachieving targets

- Process oriented and capable of multi-tasking

- Successful and experienced in a multi-team sales environment

- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills

- Strong business acumen & Technical Aptitude
