Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in sales and a strong desire to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and nurturing key accounts while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:

- Identify and prioritize key accounts based on their potential value.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.

- Understand key accounts' business needs and tailor solutions to meet them.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and present innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals.

3. Client Engagement:

Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their evolving needs.

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

5. Market Research & Digital Marketing

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Identify potential market segments and new clients for expansion.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

- Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.

- Ensure all contractual agreements are accurate and compliant.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support.

- Share client feedback and insights to enhance product/service offerings.

8. Sales Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and correspondence.

- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on time.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing

- 0-2 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
