Executive - Business Development - Electronic Security & Safety Solutions (0-2 yrs)
1. Products and Services: Responsible for Project sales of Electronic Security & Safety Solutions for products of Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm systems, IT Networking, Structured cabling, etc.
2. Company Objectives: Achieving sales objectives to achieve company sales goals aligned with business strategy.
3. New Clients: Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated Areas/markets.
4. Existing clients and Networking: Sourcing new sales opportunities, ensure the retention of our existing customer base and establishing new business
5. Database: Maintain and expand your list/database of prospects.
6. Monthly Target: Close sales and achieve Monthly/quarterly Targets.
7. Other Tasks: Any other sales/pre/after-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
8. Knowledge: Familiar with Products & solutions that is to be offered to the clients.
9. Presentation: Prepare and Delivery of product technical presentations demonstrating how a product and services meet client needs and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
10. Relationship: Developing Short/long-term relationships with clients.
11. Quotation: Prepare and Submitting right quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.
12. Closure of orders: Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
13. Revenue: Deliver revenue and profitability in area of assigned responsibility.
14. Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts.
15. Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the new products, new opportunities and overall service strategic objectives by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
