Executive - Business Development - eLearning (0-2 yrs)
- We are seeking an ambitious "Business Development Executive" (E-Learning Consultant) with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2C and International Sales. The role will primarily focus on promoting our IT training courses to IT professionals and organizations, driving sales, and creating lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales through effective strategies, promoting e-learning courses to potential customers.
- Utilize LinkedIn to connect and engage with potential customers, fostering relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, both individually and as a team, including email goals.
- Follow-up with prospective clients until the sale is successfully closed.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends to keep sales techniques and course recommendations relevant.
- Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies, including email communication.
Required Skills :
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- At least 6months-2 years of experience in outbound B2C and International sales.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales.
- A passion for sales and target achievements.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with IT training courses and certifications would be an added advantage.
Educational Requirements :
- Candidates should have at least a Higher Secondary Education, although a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
