Job description :
- Generate lead for the company's products and services.
- Garner and manage a prospect database through prospecting, networking and initiating introductory calls to prospective clientele
- Develop, plan and execute business development activities.
- Identify prospects across industries by surfing through LinkedIn, company websites, and internet surfing.
- Study competition and provide insights for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and understand USPs and products, solutions offered by the client , acquire validated data of prospect organizations.
- Preparing Response to RFI/EOI/ RFP and Technical Proposals.
- Manage contracts, proposals and tenders, reach out to the market, engage prospects and generate & or nurture digital leads when they are HOT
- Providing Presentations, Demonstrations and Product Training to Partners and Clients/ Prospects.
- Preparation of Marketing Collaterals like Brochures, Presentations, Newsletters, and other Promotional materials.
- Collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Skills :
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Experience in business development for technology solutions would be an added advantage
- Result oriented and target driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
- Comfortable in operating MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Adept at Networking skills
- Digital savvy
- Ability to adopt to the organization culture and value systems
- Experience working on RFIs/RFPs from technical standpoint
Experience : 1 to 3 years in selling in B2B sales, technology solutions are preferred
