- As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets through conversion and client acquisition.
What you will do :
- Engaging with clients through calls, demos, providing them with a compelling experience over calls
- Driving revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and owning the complete sales cycle
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships by conducting career counselling to prospective leads, providing solutions, and demonstrating how the product/service addresses their challenge
- Staying informed about market trends by attending sales meetings to adapt sales strategies for optimal performance and market relevance
