Executive - Business Development - EduTech (2-5 yrs)
Designation: Business Development Executive.
Job Description :
- Acquisition and managing of large & mid-market Education enterprise clients
- Develop an excellent understanding of Easebuzz's product suite and its USPs
- Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients
- Ability to reach out to CXOs and senior leaders in the Finance / IT identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the Easebuzz product suite
- Develop and work in collaboration with Channel Partners for generating new opportunities.
- Understand the market and produce the USP's of the in-house products that are developed.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, long term dedication in the Business Development for the company.

- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy
- Develop a relationship with an existing set of clients.
- Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention
- analyse data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
- Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.
- Analysed sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results.
