Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) - EdTech Company

Responsibilities :


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education technology sector-


Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients


- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events


- Build and maintain strong relationships .


- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals for clients


- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new partnerships and drive revenue growth


- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education technology industry


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills


- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team


- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications


- Passion for education and technology innovation


- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.1 yr experience in edtech company is mandatory location Bangalore.


Salary up to 9 Lpa fixed
