Executive - Business Development - EduTech (1-12 yrs)
- We need a candidate who can help parents in the enrollment process and explain our features and benefits.
- Receive and Promptly Respond and convert the lead: Once your lead receives details from a customer, will assign to you from there you need to track all the details, customer queries, and maintain them in our CRM. You need to listen carefully to the customer's question.
- Document Issues and Resolutions: Your Lead will be providing real-time support by telling our plans and new offers. You need to grasp all the information and adapt to our industry standard as soon as possible.
- Every customer data have to be recorded and maintained well.
- Learn About New Products and Services: To help customers as effectively as possible, You must make an effort to remain up to date on all the products and services that we offer and to learn about new products and services, which customers may be more likely to ask questions about.
- Develop Customer Service Solutions: Every lead count matters for us. We need you to maintain a good and positive relationship with your customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or any graduate
- MUST-HAVE EDUTECH COMPANY /EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATION COMPANY WORK EXPERIENCE
- The candidate needs to be good with problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Influencing skills and ability to work under pressure and cope with ambiguity.
- Executive presence and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Knowledge of CRM management system
- Basic Computer Skills and Mandatory English and Hindi and other languages are an advantage
- Candidate should have a stable Wi-Fi connection and own laptop for backup
- Candidate should have their own Mobile from which calls would be made
