The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Advising students/parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions.
- Fixing appointments and conducting online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
- Understanding Customer profiles & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Creating the need for smart learning and advising student-parent to buy LevelApp subscriptions as a solution.
- Handling objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
- Learning/Upgrading one's own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed the growing sales target(s).
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing high-quality and competitive proposals.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations /Sales Support role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
