Executive - Business Development - EduTech (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client company, a leader in the Ed Tech Industry.
Job Responsibilities :
Student Counseling & Course Advisory - Guide prospective students in selecting the right technical courses based on their career goals, skill level, and interests.
Lead Conversion & Sales - Engage with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain course offerings, address concerns, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Market Research & Outreach - Identify potential student segments, understand their learning needs, and collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure retention, referrals, and a positive learning experience.
Collaboration with Technical Teams - Work closely with instructors and curriculum developers to stay updated on course content, industry trends, and technical advancements to provide accurate guidance to students.
Qualifications :
Educational Background - A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Sales & Business Development Experience - Prior experience in sales, business development, or student counseling, preferably in the EdTech or training industry.
Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
Tech-Savvy & Industry Awareness - Understanding of programming languages, software development, or emerging technologies to align course offerings with industry trends.
