Executive - Business Development - EduTech (0-2 yrs)
Position Overview :
The Business Development Executive - Sales Counselor is a pivotal member of the sales team, tasked with guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, responding to their queries, and providing detailed information about the available programs and courses. In collaboration with the admissions team, you will devise and execute strategies to attract and retain students. Your knowledge of admissions processes, educational programs, and market trends is vital in advising students on the optimal path for their academic aspirations. Reporting to the Project Head, your role entails working with department leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to pinpoint training requirements, formulate educational strategies, and conduct compelling training sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with students to help them choose the appropriate course.
- Drive course sales through outbound, inbound, and online channels.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Self-driven and organized, adept at managing a high volume of customer interactions.
- Advise working professionals on courses that align with their field.
- Experience with CRM software for efficient lead management and reporting is beneficial.
- Seek new business development opportunities through lead generation.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients; use Salesforce, Excel to manage client data and leverage the existing customer base for referrals to bolster the sales pipeline.
- Conduct inside sales and, if necessary, external meetings.
Qualifications :
