Executive - Business Development - Education Domain - School Software Management Solution (4-6 yrs)
Skills & Description:
1. Candidate should have 4-6 Years of Experience in Education Domain. Person will be mainly involved in Marketing a School Software Management Solution to all types of schools from K-12.
2. BDE is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new clients to support the team.
3. This individual will be a highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads Prospect lists, cold calling and individual research.
4. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
5. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the company and identify potential clients within the target market.
6. Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client.
7. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
8. Scheduling appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce our services and educate the prospect on the value of our services.
9. Consistently help meet monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
10. Preparation of weekly and monthly prospecting reports.
Must Have:
1. Well versed with Education Domain with 4-6 Years of Experience.
2. Extensive cold calling to prospects, gathering clients intelligence, and passing qualified leads to senior manager.
3. Experience utilizing social media to generate leads and engage with customers / prospects.
Work Location: Hyderabad.
