Role : Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :
To get enrollments in UG and PG category (MBA, BBA.. and other 35 courses) As a Business Development Manager- Your responsibilities will include:
- Train and maintain a team of salespeople for the geographical territory assigned
- Plan Direct sales approach
- Visit colleges and other channel partners
- Fix up appoinments
- Maintan good relationship
- Work closely with the team to achieve the target
- Strategize to generate leads and get close the enrollments
- Convert leads to enrollments and generate revenue
- Counsel and motivate students (individually or group) to pursue higher education.
- Forecast sales targets and target achievement by the team
- Submit progress reports and maintain accurate data
Key Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in sales/marketing/ business development
- Experience in the Edtech Industry is strongly preferred
- Experience in dealing with Skilling programs
- Must be able to work independently and manage effectively as a member of a team with all levels of employees
- Highly creative with experience in identifying targets
- Must have high-level organizational and planning skills to develop, prioritize and execute tasks and assignments
- Comfortable for field sales
