Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the education or related sectors. Join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the study abroad consultancy market.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and approach study abroad consultants to establish partnerships for database sales.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the study abroad consultancy sector.

- Understand the needs of prospective partners and align our database solutions to meet those needs.

- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

- Analyze client behavior and be well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations.

- Initiate telephonic conversations and on-field meetings with clients.

- Generate and maintain the sales pipeline.

- Submit daily and weekly reports to the management.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in database or educational services.

- Strong understanding of the study abroad consultancy industry and its key players.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Natives and female candidates are preferred.
