Executive - Business Development - Education (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
Business Development Executive is responsible for generating Business revenue and meeting sales targets for the company by identifying potential customers and negotiating deals with clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond quickly to assigned leads and nurture them from Cold to hot or Deal closure stage
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that customers receive a seamless experience.
- Provide post-program support
