Executive - Business Development - Education (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Market Mapping: Developing a database of potential Schools using internet and field visits; Identify and shortlist potential schools as per the School-outreach plan
- Organizing demonstrations and signing up schools as per the expansion plan and business targets in specific geographies.
- On-boarding and integrating every new school including cross functional linkages such as Kids-Trainers or Teacher-trainers
- Responsible for achieving targets in the allocated Territory
- Collections and Relationship Management with Schools
Profile :
- Smart Graduate from a decent B-minus or B Institute/University (if we get a MBA even if it's through a distance education course - it will be a bonus)
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role in growth/expansion phase of an enterprise(s) ideally in K12 publishing, tech driven education service ( eg Extramarks, Byjus or Educomp & Meritnation old timers) or people form Tech-equipment Suppliers (Ben Q, Barco etc)
- Clear and proficient verbal communication in English; Excellent communication skills in the relevant (depending upon place of posting) vernacular language(s)
- Comfortable with Remote/On-the-go Working
- Should have a basic understanding of the geography around the place of posting
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively ; Willing to travel in local buses and trains to cover the allocated territory;
- Own a two wheeler
