About the role: Business Development Executive

- We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive with good organisational and research skills. Candidates should be exceptional communicators and intuitively recognize patterns with a keen interest in providing purposeful and accurate insight into consumer behaviour and competitors' strategies
Roles and Responsibility :
- Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create personalised growth journeys for every customer to help them purchase products to meet their career objectives
- Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry
- Completing daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to enrolled students/ customers
- Achieve monthly targets, and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals
- Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily
- Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to come up with new growth strategies
Desired Candidate :
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 Years experience in sales or telecalling (Ed-tech industry will be added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
Experience : 3+ Years
Job Type : Full-Time(Work from office)
Working Days: 6 Days ( Saturday will be work from home)
Job Time: 10am -7pm
