Executive - Business Development - Education (2-4 yrs)

Business Development Executive 


Responsibilities :

- Drive a region-specific business development and marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.

- Plan and host offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.

- Meet key industry stakeholders in Colleges, Education Institutes, Principles/ Heads, and Language institutes and create sales opportunities.

- Develop a market for our key products Foreign language, Overseas education consultation, and Foreign University Education.

- Strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns that involve in-person meetings, field marketing campaigns, and other channels as you see fit.

- Establish tie-ups and build an associate network.

- Conduct webinars, and seminars and deliver presentations in institutes.

- Conduct research to get market insights and competitive intelligence.

- Assist sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and Marketing Qualified Leads for your sales region.
 
- Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information. Interact effectively and professionally with clients and other field staff by providing support, information, and guidance.

- Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform marketing activities in multiple locations as needed.

- Support various other marketing projects as needed.

Key Skills :

- Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate/ MBA.

- Should have at least 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive / Marketing -Executive, preferably from the education industry.

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Must have Knowledge of marketing, advertising, event planning, BTL activities, and other advertising mediums.

- Willing to travel as and when needed.

- Should be well versed with MS-Powerpoint.

- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing a strategy.

- Should be able to initiate client meetings/event planning on their own.

- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
